Organizational Effectiveness Inventory® (OEI) was developed by Dr. Robert A. Cooke, Human Synergistics International, and provides valid and reliable data on the structures, systems, technologies, and skills/qualities that shape culture. It assesses individual, group and organizational outcomes and also used to assess the internal factors that can serve as levers for cultural transformation. The standardized OEI takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
The results are presented as barcharts and tables that compare an organization’s results to historical averages and Constructive benchmarks (an in-depth research conducted by Human Synergistics International). The results can also be provided for subgroups (divisions, departments, etc.).
