The APF Certified Talent Champion program was insightful. The trainer’s dedication, expertise, and engaging teaching style significantly impacted our team’s learning experience and professional development. The program contents & the concepts were designed very thoughtfully taking into consideration the transformation required in the HR function in the current VUCA world. Good concept of applying Agile mindset in HR area. Starting from requirement to getting people onboarded and then as well up to the performance. Sessions were very interactive and well time boxed. Sharing real scenarios was a good learning.
The program was very informative, interactive, and highly motivating. The most interesting part was getting me to give examples and make me understand the concepts using my examples. I will never forget these concepts in my life due to this impactful learning.

The program helped me to put all the concepts together as one big piece of knowledge that is applicable to any PeopleOps team. I enjoyed every part of the training. The facilitator was very dedicated and patient, flexible and open to repeat or elaborate more when needed.
The program was one of the best learning experiences I had. It is a very well-designed course with practical orientation and very good reading materials. A big shout out to our facilitators who made the entire training program very enriching by conducting quizzes, role plays and activities.
The course was well designed. Good amount of time was set aside for interactive discussions between participants. Relevant examples and scenarios from the host and fellow participants helped me to understand the course concepts better.
I took the APF Certified PeopleOps Coach course and it was insightful. The classes and delivery was structured, and the information on the concepts were broken down in an understandable format. It was highly interactive and the examples shared helped me understand the concepts.
