Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our courses. We strive to ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while discovering, assessing, and purchasing our courses, whether they are online or classroom training. 

By purchasing a training course from Culturelligence, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy. 

Cancellations/Reschedules by Participants

Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before the Course Start Date: 

  • No refunds will be issued. 
  • As a courtesy, you may apply 50% of your payment towards a future training program within six months of the cancellation date. 

Cancellations 1-3 Days Before the Course Start Date and No-Shows: 

  • No refunds or future credits will be provided. 

Cancellations 7 Days or More Before the Course Start Date: 

  • 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. 

Leaving Mid-Way Through an Online or Blended Program: 

  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

No Cancellation or Non-Attendance: 

  • No refunds or future credits will be issued. 
Cancellations/Reschedules by Company

Culturelligence reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time, including but not limited to situations such as insufficient enrollments, classroom or trainer unavailability, unforeseen circumstances affecting the trainer, or force majeure events (e.g., floods, earthquakes, political instability). 

Liability: 

  • Culturelligence is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may result from the cancellation of a scheduled course, including cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodation arrangements. 

Company-Initiated Cancellations: 

  • A 100% refund will be issued, or full credit will be offered for a future course, at the participant’s discretion. 
Refunds for Duplicate Payments

Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed via the original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days after the customer notifies us. 

Note:

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the refund request is approved by Culturelligence.
