Initial Discovery: build a credible consulting engagement

• Get initial buy-in from the senior leadership team.
• Gain a holistic understanding of a client’s business needs, goals, and objectives
• Identify and analyze how culture and effectiveness assessments can support achieving defined business needs and goals.
• Create trust with the team

Assessment: conduct in a structured, phased approach

• Plan an agenda with the client and establish a timeline for each phase (survey administration, debrief presentation, etc.)
• Facilitate qualitative data collection to supplement quantitative data collection
• Personalize the survey memo and scripts
• During the two-week data collection process via surveys, update the client with ongoing progress.

Post-Assessment: deep-dive analysis and report debrief

• Analyze the assessment report thoroughly and outline specific findings in a summary format.
• Debrief the results to the primary client coordinator before presenting them to the leadership team.
• Any changes requested should be accommodated in the final debrief presentation.
• During the debrief, provide the handouts and establish a connection between the quantitative and qualitative data.

Recommendations: actionable and flexible

• Share recommendations and discuss action plans with key stakeholders/leadership team.
• Help the leadership teamshare assessment results with the entire department or organization to facilitate and build an open and transparent communication culture.
• Establish a contract in advance with the client for post-assessment support.
