The Business Development department also supports all aspects of pipeline development, capture planning, and proposal preparation. For capture planning, the Department collaborates closely with champions in the technical divisions to identify and actively observe forth coming opportunities.

The Business Development function plays an imperative role in intelligence gathering and positioning strategies that strengthen Culturelligence’s stature, credibility, and the likelihood of winning new business. Our business development function requires well-rounded, business-minded young professionals.

I Am Interested

Your tasks will be

Understand the current business offerings of the Company and its partner

Use innovative strategies and tactics to target global prospective customers

Analyze the HR industry current and future trends, and prepare market research report

Take ownership in end-to-end sales & marketing and close prospects to generate revenues

Research and identify business & sales/marketing opportunities, and generate leads via social
platforms

Other key responsibilities that are imperative for business development and digital social
banding

What we need you to have

Currently pursuing Graduation/post-graduation across globe

Good Communicator and Critical Thinker.

Basic knowledge about social media platforms or willingness to learn and – Use social media
platforms
for generating leads.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Highly motivated and enthusiastic person to learn and grow his/her Marketing, Business
intelligence
and Project management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Willing to contribute 4 – 5 hours per day and also must have Laptop and Internet connection.
