The 4E's

Externship

The program is a 45 days Externship aimed to introduce the fundamentals of Agile HR to both individuals with no experience and those who have it. It offers an opportunity to learn Kanban tools and work on live projects under the guidance of experienced professionals from a global scale, exposing the candidates to various cultures revolving around People Operations.

The Externship program consists of the fundamentals of Agile HR philosophy that enables candidates to transform the stereotypes around traditional HR by learning to implement Agile HR.

Exploration

This is a two-month program that aims to hone the understanding of the candidates toward the shift from traditional HR to Agile HR. By Agile HR, we mean the need for organizations to transform from the run of a mill Human Relations to deftly Human Relations. The curriculum in the project will equip candidates with APF foundational and VSM talent acquisition knowledge that will lift them one step closer to gaining intermediate and practical experience. The training in this program consists of guidance from the leadership team that will expose the candidates to various cultures revolving around People Operations.

Expand

This is a three-month program designed to aid candidates in gaining certification and practical experience in Agile PeopleOps Framework. It does so by tasking candidates to live projects and mentoring them to effectively implement agility in an organization for better development and transformation.

Experience

The experience program is a six-month program that aims to familiarize candidates with on-field experience as they will be involved in PeopleOps research and development as well as work on modern HR practices. Candidates on this program will be receiving mentorship and coaching (from coaches and industry experts) while working on advanced real-time projects that will strengthen their understanding and experience in the field of Agile HR/ PeopleOps.

Can Can I take all programs at once or one after another?

Personal and Professional transformation is a step-by-step approach. You can begin your learning journey by enrolling first for the Externship program followed by Explore, Expand and Experience programs.

How is the payment billed? One time payment or can pay it in installments?

Online registration is the first step. Post-registration, an acknowledgement email will be sent followed by the training calendar schedule. One time payment is preferred. However, payment in instalments can be discussed with prospective attendees who are not able to do one time payment.

What is the difference between the end certifications in each program?

The certifications for the journey levels (Explore & Expand and Expand & Experience) of the 4E Program is same. However, the difference lies in the real-time live projects, additional workshop sessions, and the experience the prospective attendees gain.
